Are there quiet private places to sit and talk?

Yes there is, however inside is not as quiet as out. Because there is only one area cornered next to a open room, i suggest outside with the birds chirping, under a canopy. I talk quietly by the corner couches inside. :).

There are 2 patios on the south and west sides of the building as well as a meeting room open to the public. You can reserve the meeting room online for a fee.
