Hey there thank you for reaching out . Wholesale folks generally seek out private parties and do assignments (double close ) . Participating in these on the brokerage side is a slippery slope as we have fiduciary responsibilities which would include making sure that any buyer tying up a property is ready , willing , and able to close if no assignee is found. If you are able to actually take down the properties you’re interested in assigning if you are unable to find an assignee then we could help you. That’s a fairly normal investor scenario .
