The maintenance is a joke. 8 months ago my dishwasher stopped cleaning the dishes. So I made a maintenance request Chris comes out looks at says looks fine and leaves. 4 calls no response. I do my own research find out what's wrong after taking all the hoses out and cleaning them. Send them an email asking them to order the part and I'll put it in. So they finally send somone Chris again and again he looks at says it looks fine and leaves. I am still without a dishwasher and have done more to try and fix it then they have. I'm to the point where I'm going to by pass managementandcall the manufacturer and have them charge the complex

Can honestly say only move here if you are desperate. The units themselves are nice, they are brand new and very modern. So if you plan on just staying inside your unit and never coming out, it's a great place to live. Police are there pretty much every other day, one night there were gunshots right outside my building as I was putting my baby to sleep, no joke. Also, when you sign a lease and they say "refundable deposit", it's a lie. I paid $1300 deposit and they only gave me back $200 bucks, seriously! They say no matter how good you clean your unit, you will still be charged for a professional cleaning fee. That seems very unethical if you ask me. Thanks for stealing the money from the low income people who need it. They also promote snitching, take a picture and tell on your fellow neighbors and get a free popcorn..lol. seriously, way to bring a community together guys. Also the give gift cards for GOOD reviews, so it makes you wonder about all the good reviews on here? They have so many rules you must follow or be faced with a 10 day eviction notice. No flower pots on balcony ledges, no wind chimes or bird feeders, no bikes or BBQs, no awnings, etc....it's like you're a child and you live under your parents. That's pretty much how the staff treats you, as if you are a child and what they say goes or else. There are so many other things I could say, but there isn't enough room for all my complaints. Everyone I know who still lives there wants out, but just can't afford to live anywhere else, so the are stuck in this horrible place.

It is a nice place to live, my son and I are happy to live here, we were among the first to move here, we value every space and comfort in our community, it is Unfortunately some residents do not appreciate the community. The office staff is very kind and diligent, especially Kori and Chris always ready to help us.
