The absolute worst car wash ever!! Left thinking my car would be so clean…. It dried and looked as bad as it did when I went in. Went down to Sumner and paid again and my car is now clean! Waste of $14.00.

I just went through the car wash in Bonney lake. After the triple foam was put all over my car the wash shut down. I sat in there for about 8 minutes with nothing happening before I pulled out. I had to pay for a second wash to get everything off my car. The photos are what my car looked like after the $14+ car wash.. before I paid another $10+ to rinse it off

The card machine for tokens is constantly broken, bill changer won't accept bills half the time and the wash bay only takes tokens or quarters. The old broken forms of payments need a serious upgrade. It's not like this place isn't making money as it's always packed. I drive away unable to get tokens more than I'm actually able to use the wash bay. I wish someone else would buy this place and make it user friendly and clean it up.

It's now official - my urine stream is stronger than Elephant Car Wash in Bonney Lake. The wheel cleaners no longer spin as you drive in.. they leak and spit water everywhere instead of ON YOUR CAR. The wash cycle leaves the car filthy. Multiple complaints have gone ignored. And they still increased their rates by as much as 5 bucks per wash. TL;DR - DO NOT go to this car wash.

Went through the automatic. The personal soap didn't spray thickly...barely at all. $10.00 basic. Alot of times still dripping onto vehicle. Asking spots. Not very well maintained. Disappointed.
It is very tight. I make it thru with my 20' long F150 with 157" wheelbase. I usually need to maneuver a bit. Not sure I would try without the 360° camera. I think you could make the first stall with maneuvering while still having the option to give up and leave thru the entry area assuming it is clear of cars. The second stall could be too tight?
