I had built a new custom gaming PC by myself for the first time and was having some very odd issues with it rebooting itself/turning off and not turning back on at all. I was at a loss and had no idea where to go or how to troubleshoot the issue, I thought all my money and time had been wasted. I dropped it off to Michelle at Computer Shack and she had it back to me and working perfectly within 24 hours, despite not knowing exactly what my problem was from the beginning. Not to mention at a much lower price than i would expect from most computer repair shops. It’s been a week or so now problem free!
