Their professionalism, expertise and knowledge were beyond what I typically experience when dealing with service related companies. Our car started overheating, so we checked the coolant and it was low. We get regular tune-ups and oil changes and watch our fluids, so this was somewhat of a surprise. After filling up on coolant a couple of times, we decided to take our car to Ernie's Automotive. We called on Friday and made an appointment for Monday. Within a couple hours of dropping our car off we had an email with pictures and diagnostics for our vehicle. By the end of the day, we had our car back with a new radiator and a price that was on the medium-low end of our pricing research. The service was fantastic. They're taking COVID-19 seriously too. They've cordoned off the main area and have signage to keep distances. Thanks for the great service, Ernie's Automotive.
