The folks at the Bonney Lake branch go above and beyond making sure customers are taken care of at all times, Patty and Ashley along with the rest of the ladies are absolutely awesome. If anybody is looking for a credit union go see them you will not be disappointed.

After having an issue with the bank. I did receive a call from Sound Credit Union and worked with the representative to reach a positive outcome. I do hope that our business/lender relationship will become stronger now. Just goes to show that local banks do care and positive outcomes can came from bad experiences.
