Was overcharged for a charging cord that doesn't charge my laptop. $65 for a basic Dell laptop charger.

We brought a very urgent problem with a mission-critical workstation to AC Computers, and they dealt with it in a very professional and competent manner. When the problem could not be replicated at their shop, Michael came out to our business in order to trouble-shoot it in our own network environment. We would definitely do business with AC Computers again.

I was wondering if this place would clean an Alienware 15 R2 laptop and replace the fans? By cleaning, I primarily mean the inside as I'm not comfortable doing it. Got it from a friend and it's running hot, but everything else works.
