the worst place to live, I had my air conditioner damaged since August 13 on Sunday night the temperature of the apartment was in the 80s and I have photos, the number of maintenance emergencies when called is disconnected, I have small children we couldn't sleep because of the steam that was here, we didn't put my children's lives at risk, we had to go to a hotel, the next day I went to the office and Betty told me that they would make me a money devotion, when I went Joy she didn't want to do nothing to get my money back and she had the nerve to say that it was my decision, she made me understand that I should stay in the apartment with the steam that was there. and this is just one of the thousands of things that are happening here, they are insensitive and I will seek legal help, because the pool has never been used and we are paying for it here.

I’ve lived here sense 2018. New management took over earlier this year and they are terrible. Joy the manager of the property is very rude and talks to us like she looks down on us. We can’t use the pool, the workout equipment is broken, there is trash pulled up every week, there is no maintence to fix anything for example the lock on my mailbox has been ripped out for weeks and nobody has fixed it. It’s just awful here now. And they are raising rent for renovations but the renovations consist of people climbing on our balcony’s without warning and changing light bulbs and painting doors. I tried to call coperate and left several messages with no response. I even called the fair housing people. Nobody will do anything. This place is a nightmare right now. JOY NEEDS TO GO!

Management is very unprofessional and rude corporate too! They don’t update on anything trash cans is ridiculous trash piled up haven been for months haven’t been able to keep maintenance in over a year ! The older tenants that’s been here over 5 years don’t like the kids in the neighborhood make up all kind of lies, never got to use the pool at all this summer because they haven’t gotten it cleaned! It’s horrible and they got the nerve to want to go up on rent wouldn’t recommend ever!!!
