Layout and apartment are nice, on the smaller side, but nice enough. Management on the other hand is an absolute nightmare in all aspects, fake smiles and they talk trash about their residents(seen and heard through Ring doorbell, still have video). Location is good, but there are other apartments around that immediate area I'd probably recommend checking into first.

Tuscan Heights is such a breath of fresh air! Maintenance always on top and does a thorough job, the grounds are maintained beautifully, there are always families and friendly faces walking, bbqing, playing tennis...a warm and comfortable feeling. Safe. Quiet. Spacious. Great neighbors and staff! Dog friendly, great resident socials! Highly recommend!!!

This place has hidden fees when you move out and when I went to get an explanation, the lady didn’t know anything and kept changing her story. They clearly just money racket you to death. The only good thing I had from this apartment was the maintenance man. We always paid our rent a month in advance and never gave them any trouble, and to do all these hidden fees after we have moved out is ridiculous. You are better off going somewhere else to stay. Also, when we have ever reported issues in our area, they never took care of it and let people off the hook with things- like parking constantly in the handicap section etc. I’m glad we didn’t have to stay here another year cause who knows what other hidden fees they would have said we owed at the end. I will definitely let all the people I know at Prisma not to go here cause they have a deal with this apartment complex. I would definitely say look at the other options.

External maintenance at 7am? What is the point of all that beeping so early? Why can't you wait til the work day starts? No one wants to hear the loudest most annoying beeping from your painting truck at 7 in the morning every single day chill. not signing again.
