Welcome back! What we’ve been through in the past four years or so since you left have broken our spirits. When you left we had high hopes for the new company. Instead, they ruined our once beautiful building and tore us down emotionally. I realize it’s going to be a long process to rebuild things up, but I do have hopes as the person in the office that you sent us for right now does listen. I’m just hoping the other tenants will quit bombarding him with so many demands. Cascade Management did nothing to create this mess. I have seen a change in those of us who were under you before. We are smiling. We are getting out of our units. I learned a lesson… The grass is not always greener on the other side.

I reside in one of their properties and am very comfortable. It is difficult the last few months without a manager to help facilitate rules, requests, etc. But I am happy to be as good a resident as possible. Please continue to provide us with a good team

I have been living in on of their apartments in McMinnville for 2 years. When I moved in it was fine. Shortly after, this complex has been over run with tweekers. Nothing bein Don about it. NOT SAFE TOTAL SLUM LORDS. RUN AWAY

Terrible, don't respond to maintenance requests. Don't have a reliable way to communicate with them. They send letters instructing things to be done one way, on the phone they tell you completely different. Money for nothing pseudo "property Management Company"

Because they are cheap. Be happy that you don't have mold, drug contamination, chemicals used to cook drugs and other harmful contaminates on your carpet like I do. My apartment was flooded by my neighbors cooking drugs and Cascade property has refused on multiple occasions to remedy my carpet. My carpet is STILL sitting in the same condition as the day it flooded and is causing severe health issues in myself and my cat. Due to my carpet not being dried properly when the flood happened back in March, my apartment smells like mildew and my carpet is moldy. It's disgusting that any property management company would let this even happen to a tenant, especially when they've been sued before by other tenants being sick from mold. Some people never learn. They WILL eventually.
My mom just didn't put my brother down . He has not so great credit . Even one of the apartment her told her not to. If you have to at later date it will be easier if they know you.
She can't complain if it's in in between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 pm. Has complained or invalid list before or after that time
Good luck with Cascade property doing anything about this.
