Bought a brand new heli from them but the thing doesn’t even work I spent well over 700$ on this thing and they can’t even back up there own products there selling now I’m out 700$ and can’t even fly this helicopter that I got from them the servo that I bought not even 3 weeks ago died on me today and they won’t warranty it out and the esc on the heli has gave me problems since day one I’m so done with them

Well for starters I think a prostate exame with a splintered Dowell would be a much more pleasant experience. The owner is a rude bitter man while the young man wasn't much better! At one point a phone call came through with someone asking if the business was for sale, after hanging up the owner, Jim asked what they wanted and he replied they wanted to know if the shop were for sale. Jim snapped and said a few choice words. Further more once I asked if they had Arema parts Jim said now and became hostile. I then started looking around and noticed the "sale" tags. The sale prices where what the cars normally went for at EVERY reputable hobby shop. And he is upset about the internet, dude LOOK AT YOUR PRICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! IT SUCKS. over all the selection is POOR at best. Prices are sometimes $100 over MSRP and the attitude of everyone but one guy is terrible. I would rather buy a Walmart rc car than to shop here. Needless I had $800.00 burning a hole in my pocket and I did not spend it there. If you like local businesses go to NW hobbies

I love small local businesses, and have been to Trumps many times. Unfortunately the young man at the counter was definitely not to interested in our presence, amd seemed consumed with his laptop. But this is a great place with all sorts of interesting things for whatever hobby you pursue.

In the hobby shops I visited as a kid, the employees were as likely to play with the merchandise as a the customers and they made it a fun, inviting atmosphere where you wanted to come in and take your time poking around to look at the things they had to offer. A lot of my allowance money was spent on things I found in those places. This place has a lot of fun things for sale but that aspect is juxtaposed with the strictly business like atmosphere of the shop. No fun allowed. Lots of things to spend your money on but not the sort of place you want to spend your time.
