Even though I didn't have an appointment, I was greeted very warmly and my business was done in about 20 minutes. They were extremely busy, but they were processing people quickly and efficiently. Our Corvallis DMV office is Awesome. 😀

This is by far the nicest and most peaceful DMV I have ever been to. The workers are so kind and helpful. I didn't know that this was possible at a DMV! I have been there twice now, and both times have been quick and my interactions with the employees have been lovely.

Oregon dmv website. When I made mine for October, they were a month and half behind.
Yes, I did my CDL on line and paid for it and it came in the mail 10 days later. I didn't have to stand in a line and the one thing that baffled me was is how they had my pic on license without me being present.
You can log in to MyDMV website, confirm your profile and then there is the ability to view, change and cancel your appointments.

You can do it on the Oregon dmv website. Just make sure its the .gov and not some for profit private site.
