Was heading in and Friend was on way out. But she was in and out with simplicity and ease using public accessible services provided. Thanks to and for library's staff

Love this Library. Like to visit once a week or so to round up some DVD's and books for an evenings entertainment. Good selection of everything and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Got a free book bag after five or six visits.

We have lived in about 20 or so places, and Corvallis has one of the best public libraries that we have seen. It is one of the best parts of living in Corvallis. They have an excellent CD library for music and will order most books that you are interested in and even will bring them to your porch. It doesn't get much better than that... ;)

This is one of my favorite public library's I've been to. Many quiet areas to work in, decent internet, and the best part, many large windows on the upper floor the overlook the neighborhoods. A very comfortable area in which to get work done.

I have been going to the corvallis public library my whole life and I don't think you need a firearm there. Couldn't you just leave it in your car? Not anti gun here, but are you fearful of what might happen in a public library in Corvallis?
YES! They have a lot to choose from.
There is a lot on the north side of the library
I generally leave them by the front doorstep havent had a problem yet!
I would suggest ditching the book in a secret location and leaving the state. After which if you so choose send an anonymous letter to said library with directions to hidden book use clues to hint at the location. It will keep them busy, again to your advantage;)
You can either ask the librarian at the library to renew your loan or you can login to your account on the library page and then select the renew button. Keep in mind that if the book is renewable your three weeks will be added to the date of renewal if the book is not renewable itbwill let you know. I think you csn only renew once, but I am not sure. You coukd also call the library and ask for your loan to be extended. Hope this helps.
It really depends on the book requested. I've requested maybe 15 books over the years (mostly cookbooks and YA fiction) and the have bought 6 of them. I can't find any rhyme or reason for their decision-making. You might get more information if you ask a librarian. They will be able to give a better explanation.
I'd call directly. Everyday of the week at 10. Weekends varu
