I have lived here for a while now and until recently I have noticed a decline in the groundskeeping. There has been dead rats discovered in neighbors patio and the office has advised that it wasn’t their responsibility to remove them. Also, after my time here I have began to see mice however it takes forever to get pest control out. The previous office staff was very nice however, now it appears the young lady in the office is very dry and not so customer friendly. At one point this was a decent place to live however maintenance just patches up and no follow up. Your definitely not getting your moneys worth living here. No updates or retouches just patch work.

Be weary of this apartment complex if you are moving into Columbus from elsewhere! They will charge you ridiculous amounts of fees during the application process ($55 per person on application + $150 Admin Fees + $100 holding fee + $3-5 processing fee if you pay online via Card) without telling you everything you must provide. And then while you provide these said documents, they will continue to tell you that it isn't good enough or need more from you to the point that you aren't able to get the apartment, because they put you on a timer (within 2-3 days after applying). Mind you most of these charges are NON-REFUNDABLE (except for the $100 holding fee). They will ask for your Paystubs and once you’ve provided them, they will then ask for your transfer paperwork, and then your number of hours worked, and the list goes on. The paystubs should be good enough as they already list the hours you’ve worked and how much you’re getting paid! They won’t accept letters from your supervisors or HR that state you’re being transferred! Nothing is ever good enough documentation wise for this place. This place is a scam and will take your money WITHOUT even letting you VIEW a model and/or the apartment you are applying for. I have never seen such a lack of understanding from an apartment complex ever in my life. There is a virtual tour you can do online. They scheduled for someone I know to visit their office for a tour and when they arrived, they stated they had no physical model to view, only a virtual tour. Why would you waste people's time having them come in to do a virtual tour that they could already do online? Again, this has been the most frustrating apartment complex I've ever seen someone have to deal with. I would NOT recommend. There are so many other better choices out there. What a waste of time, money, and effort. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. This place is a scam and could care less about you.

They played me. I drove over an hour to view the place. I asked questions concerning vouchers said they accept them. I applied $315 to be exact. One day I’m called told I’m rejected then the same day called back told I’m approved. Then like a week later I’m told I’m denied because in the midst of my documents being processed that they changed property management. Who’s fault is that because it sure wasn’t mine. That’s some scamming if you ask me! DO NOT LIVE HERE

Worst place I've ever lived. Been here almost a year and still do not have a functional toilet. Gets so bad sometimes I have had to drive to the gas station for me and my kid to use the bathroom. Roaches the entire time, they sprayed once 4 months ago. Leaking sink so bad the cabinet is ruin. Busted fridge. Took 6 months to get my tub working right. Pot and cigarette smoke so bad my son's asthma has been horrible, been to the urgent care 4 times just in the last 6 weeks. Broken bedroom door. Front door doesn't lock right. Crazy neighbors I've had to call the police. Someone tried to break in at 130 in the morning one night. Rude staff...if they are even there, the office randomly closes. Only about 60% of my maintenance calls go answered. Water in the basement so bad some of my stuff got ruin. My furnace went out one and the air. The pool only work for the last half of the summer. Don't believe those pictures, they are a mess inside. There's more. DON'T DO IT.
