You pay for poorly maintenanced garages, for maintenance to say they've fixed things which is untrue, and also to never be able to park no where near your address. If you speak with anyone in the office or the property management, they'd simply say you're ideas will be considered (without any follow-up action.) My apartment is beautiful and has it's perks but some things simply can't be overlooked.

Been here for over a year. Pay for a garage that never work since I moved in. About 3 month ago someone got shot by my door, which is why I sleep down stairs to protect my family. Have black mold problems. I pay $970 a month just to nowhere to park my car. So I pay it 3-4 lots over. Neighbor is running a car fix shop from garage, just the other day my neighbor was workin on 3 people cars all at once. Parking look like a hot mess. You only allowed 2 cars per apartment which is great but neighbor has a hard time comprehending rules and feel special so he parks 3 cars in parking spots, one dont even work, its jack up, oil spots all the parklot because neighbor do oilchange right there. The first two months were great but after that all downhill.

We just became a part of Chatham Village the beginning of February 2016, Tawnja is very personable & sweet. She walks you through every step of the application process. You need anything and she is there for you always with a smile on her face. Jeff is right on top of any work order that needs completed in a timely manner. We have a 20 month old and he understands the importance of safety when it comes to him.

Such a wonderful place to live! They keep the grounds nice and clean, and the neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant! Tawnja and her entire crew including Jeremy, Rick, and Tim all are very nice. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home!
