She is so wonderful and patient and will make sure that you find the perfect place for you as well as work with you around our time limits. She goes above and beyond to make this process as stress free as possible. Will update more after we move but we are super excited!

I really loved my move-in experience at the Chelsea!! Christine was so sweet and made the whole process really easy. I was moving from LA and had a unique situation that she really helped me with. Some of the other complexes in the area seemed really pushy when I was touring the apartment and made me feel like I had to make decisions about living there during the initial tour. I don't know about anyone else, but I really get overwhelmed when someone is too pushy. Christine was so welcoming and easy-going, she made me feel really comfortable and walked me through all my application options. I never felt like she was trying to do anything other than help me figure out what would be best for me. She kept me super up-to-date through the whole application and move-in process. The apartment looks great and is bigger than I expected (I had only seen it virtually) and there was a sweet little blanket wrapped in ribbon with a welcome note waiting for me on move-in day. I was so blown away and really feel looked out for here by the leasing staff. Highly recommend living here. Affordable, welcoming, and well-located.

I have lived here for 3 years and love it! Maintenance requests are always completed within 24 hours or less (unless you ask otherwise) and the staff is extremely friendly. When calling the office the phone is typically answered on the first ring. I have lived at many other apartments where it is hard to get in contact with someone or have any maintenance issues addressed. The property is very well maintained and I am proud to have visitors. It is a quiet and happy neighborhood with lots to offer. I would definitely recommend!!
