My oven was broken down for couple weeks This new management is horrible they never send u a maintenance guys,they don't answer the phone behonest with u I believe the old management way better than this new management

The new staff was nice at first but after many maintenance requests left unfilled, they always say he's "catching up" which is odd bcuz the last company was here the next day if not the same day. The new management blaims old management for everything and while I do not know why they aren't there anymore I know they were way better than the new management. The pool is green and never open. My window falls out the frame during high winds and hasnt been fixed still and it's very dangerous as my outlets being exposed is too and I have proof of both maintenance requests, weeks ago. The lady accused me of arguing with her and started yelling at me and slammed the door in my face. As I was upset stating facts yes loudly as I checked my mail the maintenance man wore the shoe and ran into the office to tell that I was speaking how I feel. Even tho he was over 100ft away from me at a building on his golf cart, Shannon called to "check" me on saying anything to "her maintenance man" even tho I was no where near him nor talking to him. She continues to overtalk me and doesn't give a bummer then hangs up just as she slammed the door in my face. Super professional

Dad got sick and put in ICU couple days before July. His lease was ending in July anyway. Go up there to handle his business and let them know ahead of time the situation and they still charged $50 late fee that they said would be refunded smh shady company. Property was in overall disrepair.
