The very first time i got here, i didn’t even know about the management team changed. According to the office, the new management team took over early 2022. The main complaint of the previous management team was having the maintenance request took long time to resolve. But i haven’t experienced any discomfort on the service request and i experienced that the management team were asking constant questions regarding to space of improvement. They have been great so far and cant wait for engagement with the community!

Ridiculously unprofessional. Total scam. $300 “application fee” with zero guarantee of approval. These scum are committing highway robbery. Under no circumstances should an “application fee” be 300 dollars

Warning to anyone who has moved out or plans on moving out. They will say that you still owe utility bills but will never send you a statement for them then 6 months later you will get a call from a debt collector about it. The rent is over priced and keeps increasing. I have tried contacting the office but it keeps going to voicemail with no calls back.
