Applied online and met all posted requirements for approval. Submitted all documents in a timely manner. Denied without any notification or reason (I had to log on to the website to check application status / to find out). No reason given. Application fees added up to $300, $200 is non-refundable. Never have been able to reach someone on the phone, no response to emails, and no info on when I’m going to be refunded.

I gave 3 stars as the property team did correspondent well with me during my questions - about the Madison Grove Townhomes- very informative via email - however, what I didn't like was the fact you are not able to see any apartment unit in person - as they advise me there were none to show- I would be hesitant to move anywhere if I cannot at least see what the true place looked like. I know at times- with the models online- the place may end up looking nothing like that- so you could be possibly setting yourself up for failure- the main reviews I see on here are about outdated apartments- so that just proves me right(more than likely) however, based upon what I ''see'' online the apartments looks descent.

I’ve lived here 2 years now and when I first moved in I noticed there was potential for some upgrades. The cabinets are really old and need replaced .The fridge is needing replaced because it makes noises and I’ve complained but I get nowhere.The rent is getting pretty high for no type of upgrades or incentives ( that’s trash they could at least give me new screens for my windows) HOWEVER, I feel really safe here. I’ve only seen the police over here once. I don’t hear ghetto arguing outside or nothing which is great for my family. The reason I STAY is because of ERIC THE MAINTENANCE GUY! Eric is the most laid back, fastest, and efficient staff member here! He speaks when you see him and makes it easy to a request a work order because he’s going to get the job done AND HE DOESN’T LIE WHEN IT COMES TO MAKING EXCUSES FOR WHY SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT, ERIC TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY AND THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE.

Hi, I've just got to say that the new management (Cara) is doing an amazing job. Heads and tails above previous management. Cara is very professional and always answers the phone (except for lunch hour). If you think that is no big deal, you could call previous management 3 or 4 times (voice mail) and then drive immediately over there to find her sitting at her desk. Cara is the total opposite. She is wonderful. I could go on , but short on time today. We've been residents for 3 years. I highly recommend

Residents are responsible for gas and electric bills. Residents are also responsible for water, which will be billed through your tenant ledger in the amount of $45 for a 2 bedroom apartment, $60 for a 3 bedroom apartment or $75 for a 4 bedroom apartment.
Appointments are not required to tour our community; however, calling ahead can help ensure that we are available to provide ample time for your tour and to answer any questions that you may have. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to closing to allow for ample time for your tour.
