Ive lived here for 2 years. The first year was ok. Problems here and there but thats to be expected. 2nd year was a bit worse. First off the office staff member who gave me and my roommate a tour did not allow us to see the apartment we were moving into, promised a washer and dryer. Come to find out he got fired after we moved in and we didnt get the washer and dryer. The office staff are nice when you go into the office but you can never reach anyone when calling the office so you always have to go to the office physically. There is always a problem with a trash compactor and parking past 8pm is always horrible. The place is nice but could be better

Technobiology
Easton Commons and apartments has been a very positive experience so far. Every experience with maintanence or the office staff has always been positive. Since we've lived here we've seen many updates to not just the common areas but to the private living as well. I think this shows they clearly care about making sure the quality of life and happiness of the tenants is kept high. On occasion like any apartment there are some problems, but most are small things that are quickly and easily fixed. Since the community is large, there are some people who don't take care of the community as everyone else does , such as causing trashing issues, or by making some of the community areas (ex. gym, pool) less community and more uncomfortable. But these problems are extremely minor and typically are blue moon type problems that take care of themselves. All in all I think the price helps the community a lot, the area is walking distance from everything you need, and I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a quality living space.

I have been at Easton Commons In Columbus Ohio for 2 plus years and love it there! Travis the maintenance supervisor staff is the BEST!!!! he always gets the job DONE!!! Today I was treated very very rudely by a gentlemen who works in the office there his name is Noah I called asking question about the smart lock that was installed earlier this morning at my apt while I was at work I did get a code but when I realized it hours later the code had expired and I could not access it anymore I needed to get a new code so I would be able to get into my apartment later this evening when I get off work he acted as if it was a in convivence to help me he over spoke me he huff and puff and complained as if I was a bother I couldn't believe what I was hearing he had NO empathy or sympathy I pay way to much to be treated like This I told him he didn't have to be rude and can I speak to THE manger he said she was busy and wasn't going to do anything about my complaint anyways and hung up on me This was unprofessional and unacceptable! Mr Mitchell the CEO I am sure would not appreciate the office staff “Noah treating Any of the residents the way he treated and talked down to myself NOT a good look for ANY company! I kept calling back but was NOT able to reach anyone in the office If Noah treated me like this NO telling how many other people he has done this same thing too. Hopefully the calls are recorded and they could hear it for there self My lease renewal is coming up soon and If I have to be treated like this then maybe its Best I find a another place.

Yup, there is garage parking. Mine has one (one bed room with one car garage) but I think there are other options. However, I would strongly discourage you from moving here...... for reference, please see my 2 reviews about Easton. Thanks and hope this helped.
I use spectrum. 100 mbps. But also, please don't move here. For reference, read my prior review about these apartments. So not worth it....
