Called to set up an appointment, and asked generic questions about the property. She had no clue, didn't even bother looking into the system to check availability, poor attitude and unprofessional phone etiquette, definitely wouldn't recommend a place that has that type of attitude towards future renters

POTENTIAL RENTERS BEWARE: they “cannot” show you the apartment you will be living in before you sign a lease. They offer to show you a video but of a completely separate apartment. You aren’t able to see the apartment until you are given keys. That is ABSURD and makes no sense! If a unit is vacant and supposedly clean, why can’t they let a potential tenant view it? Seems like they must be hiding something.

It all depends on your electric bill and gas bill. But shouldn't be more than 400
It’s over priced for what you get. All in all you are looking at roughly 1300 a month with everything
