I'm not even sure where to begin. I don't want to leave anyone out. Everyone on my son's care team and that I encountered at the facility was BEYOND wonderful and helpful. So thoughtful and caring they could teach other medical professionals a thing or two about patient care. The world needs more folks like those incredibly talented, special people at Netcare. My family will forever be grateful for everything they did for us.

I’m reading these 1 star reviews and I’m like what? I feel bad for anyone that had a bad experience but I didn’t. Only thing I would say is the food trays is gross but they let me door dash or my family members brought me food. Once I got to Miles House and got my car I could go get my own food. I got the help I needed and I’m thankful for Allison, Alicia, Victoria, Wendy, Kim, Anthony, Brii & Lauren. Those ppl really care. Thank you for the talks, the laughs, the cries. I appreciate everything. I’m doing better than I did when I first came in & it’s really because of you guys and helping me see how strong I really am. Thank you again Felicia Brown

This place is like a prison. Locked up, left vomiting, with no one checking on me. And in the end, no help. Don't go here!!

Yes
Or you can call 911. He would have to fill out papers etc to go into netcare if he agreed
Yes you are able to make as many phone calls as you wish BUT you are unable to use your personal cell phone.... Cell phones are not permitted on the unit for clients or staff because of the potential for HIPPA violations.
Park in the lot. They will not tow your car. If you don't have the gas, call them and tell them, they'll send a car to get you.
That would depend on what you hope to get out of seeing one. Psychiatrists are medical doctors with a specialty in mental health, they're only special because they know a lot about medications and can prescribe them (so can your GP though). If you have treatment resistant depression or have not had success with antidepressants, sometimes they're helpful. If by psychiatrist you meant psychologist as in like a counselor, that also depends on a) what you want to get out of it, b) whether the psychologist is good at their job and c) what you're willing to put into it. If you don't try during therapy and actually put something into it, it will not be of help to you. For some people who do put time and effort into it, it's still not helpful. If that's the case, chances are that trying another counselor would be more helpful. So honestly, it depends. *not in any way affiliated with Netcare, just been around the block a few times*

Hello Hannah, if someone is ready to get sober or clean they can come to Netcare Access and state they would like to do so. The person will then meet with the crisis support team and we will do what we can to make the client comfortable as we work to refer the client to a detox center and depending on the substance, insurance, and bed availability we will get the client where they will receive appropriate care . If the client is experiencing detox symptoms, we have anti-nausea and ibuprofen but we do not offer suboxone or vivitrol medications on site.
