Can you call the facility and ask to talk to someone who’s a patient there? Or can you have an employee pass along a message to a patient?

Staff cannot confirm if someone is staying at our facility due to HIPPA and privacy concerns but a message can be relayed if necessary and urgent. Patients have access to a phone, on the crisis unit, at anytime to make outside calls. Personal cell phones are not allowed on the crisis unit.

Yes, anytime, 24/7. Patient may not be immediately available but message can be relayed and patient can call back.
