No it's not! Come on down, there's almost no one here so you can drive right in and have lots of space to rock out!!
After labor day it's no charge but there are no life guards on duty
Arrived there after 6pm and didn't need a car permit. Not sure about before 6pm.
No Babylon residents only. Park at Cedar Beach for access to overlook.
