The roof is rotting away and like everything else they will patch it up but will never fix the actual problem. I have several leaks in my ceilings for over 2 years now. So called management here is a complete joke!

Updating my previous review to reflect my experience with the current property owners. Like many of the other reviewers, dealing with Beztak Properties has been the worst rental experience I've ever had. After many delightful years at this property, I made the decision to leave within 6 months after they took over. They do not respond to requests at all and have overall shady business practices. l. I encourage anyone thinking of leasing here to look up Beztak Properties Google Reviews for a more accurate representation about how they treat their tenants.
