Dr Aristimuno and staff are awesome. I recently moved to the area and needed a doctor. On my visit, Dr Aristimuno was very kind, professional, and listened to me. He did not rush, took his time, and made me feel comfortable. The staff are also very kind and patient. They all go above and beyond. Will definitely continue to go here.

The only reason I go here is because of my free insurance and their low copay. The front desk is totally incompetent and usually have a bad attitude on the phone. I had a referral to a specialist that I was told I would get an appointment scheduled by the front desk ladies and that was three weeks ago. Since then I’ve been told to call 10 different numbers and literally always get the voicemail. So sick of this place and their laziness. Find somewhere else.

Dreadful, unprofessional medical establishment. Went in for a yearly checkup to renew my scripts. I handed a paper with current meds and dosage and the pharmacy I wanted to use, including phone numbers to Jennifer Shook. Scripts were never called in ANYWHERE. Winn Dixie tried to get a script from Publix, where I fill 2 of 3 scripts but all my scripts there were expired. After multiple unreturned phone calls, I went in to the office to get physical copies of scripts. Was told they don't DO that. I was ushered to a treatment room. They said they needed to do an exam to prescribe meds. I just had an appointment 2 weeks prior. At this point I was told it was MY fault scripts weren't prescribed, as I didn't ASK for them. Since I had all my current script requests on a paper handed to the PA, I thought it was very clear which scripts I was requesting. Staff is rude, condescending and unprofessional. I will be finding an alternate medical practice for my health care needs going forward. If I could have chosen zero stars, I would have. It's not an option if you want to post a review.

The Staff was caring, the Dr was very thorough. The visit was a good experience especially when sick. Dr.Hall was the Dr.and Ariel was the nurse.
