I’ve been living here for about 3 years now they are always moving up the rent cost maintenance was always at your house when something was wrong but since they’ve changed their people it’s been four weeks now that I’m with a ceiling that is leaking and pieces are falling off and there is a hole in it yet they are more concerned about a grill in my patio ! Always trying to call and they never pick up the phone

Wake Robin apartments are trash and they are scammers. When we first applied and got approved they took months for us to move in because they said they were fixing the apartment. When it was finally our time to move in they had us come in around close to blindly sign a lease before we could even see our apartment. Once we signed and got our keys, the apartment was a mess. Cabinets are messed up and old with damage to them, bathrooms barely working, leaking water from ceiling, doors don't properly shut and secure, main water pipe in basement is leaking and needs replaced, carpet was not new and had stains, mold in bathrooms and kitchen, MICE INFESTATION big time. Mice eating through the walls and floor boards, the foundation of this place is ready to give out, one of the windows in the bedroom had plastic up instead of an actually window, no blinds, dust and dirt all on the walls, ceiling and ceiling fan. It's just so much that is wrong with this place. We have went to office and made complaints and put in work orders but they don't even acknowledge it. They always say we will get someone on it but never does. Like this place needs shut down honestly. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE HERE. This apartment complex is the biggest scam.

Everything about this apartment is disgusting especially the large RAT living under the steps to my apartment. I moved here because I was desperate for a place to live, biggest mistake I’ve made. It’s going to be an awful year.

Don’t apply here their scammers, I payed $150, the $50 was for the application fee and the $100 was for hold til I get the apartment. They said i got the apartment but The move in date kept getting pushed further and me and my pregnant wife really needed a place to live at and when I tried calling them they never answered and finally they answered a month later saying they won’t be able to refund my $100 because the application had been summited 72 hr’s ago. It really makes me mad because they would never answer my calls or update me with anything.
