Please beware, I also came here thinking it was a hospital that did labs. They will NOT do your labs for walk-ins like the Kaiser Hospital. I drove to Chino Hills and then had to drive to Ontario, wasted at least 25 minutes.
Earnest the importance of being Earnest
This is not the Kaiser Hospital. These buildings are Kaiser Labs for medical research. The maps labeled this address as hospital and it is not. Walking from the bus stop 291 to this place is stressful and pedestrian unfriendly so if you need medical attention, this is not the place .

Clean and modern, staff and nurses are friendly. The appts are quick and pediatrician is a bit impersonal and usually we’re in and out in less than 10 minutes. For my own exam, the PA was literally with me for 2 minutes, no exaggeration. She looked at my condition and said “it’s benign. I have one too. Anything else?” Even the nurse commented that that PA is usually quick with patients. I would’ve liked more education on it or examined more of my options. I understand that it’s like that mostly anywhere with any doctor, we still receive good care from Kaiser and everything is in one location.

Like my Doctor who is Dr. Kim and his great staff, they are caring Professionals. Im the one that’s not a great patient, I don’t do well in my follow-ups.

Seriously, how do I talk to my drs ma when my account doesn't work and the call line doesn't call back? What am I paying so much money for every month?
There is no drawing station at this location.
This facility is not open to the public and it is open 24 hours for lab testing purposes.

They have special programs for designated schools that bring in the interns. They just don't let anyone become an intern.
Its a reference lab utilized by Kaiser Medical center and clinics. No patient drawing of blood.
I believe so, call and ask they will be able to answer this question.
