Talk about price gauging..... Came in to get a thermostat replaced and was quoted $325. Soon I get a call and was told there were other issues, and the final bill ended up just shy of $700.

Dropped off my car to get the AC fixed. They obviously overcharged me to fix it but I wanted it fixed ASAP so I gave in. When I came in to pick up the car the check engine light was magically on. They obviously messed with my car and broke something, or planted a problem in hopes that I come back. Don't come to this place unless you want to get ripped off. The tech that worked on my car looked me in the eyes and told me the check engine light was on when he got it and smirked. What a disgraceful and dishonest place. Believe all the bad reviews about this place.

I came in a hr early for a Brake inspection appointment asked the employee if it was okay he was literally rude to me states that their overbooked and cancelled my appointment I didn’t receive any call or email about anyone cancelling my appointment. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional

I came in with a check engine light on. They checked it, said it was a sensor, and turned it off with their machine. He said if it turned on to bring it back, and it did. I took it back, and they insisted on a complete diagnostic that was $100 because it was going to tell them exactly what it was. So they did and said it was a sensor. A $400 sensor. So they replaced it, and a couple of days later, the light came back on. I took it back and left it there. When I called back, they said, "Oh yeah, it's just a filter. $30 and good as new." Why couldn't they find that problem earlier? Because they had to get the $400 sensor first! Then, when I started questioning them about it, they did what every shady mechanic shop does, which is just throwing the blame ball around and not answer any questions. One of them said they recorded my issue with the car with his phone for such an occasion, and when I told him to pull it up, suddenly he couldn't find it. He even stepped into the other room to "continue looking for it" on his phone and never came back. Then, they ignore you until you get fed up and leave. And that's what I did. And I will NEVER come here again or recommend this place. Every single person who works there looks shady af! UPDATE - MARCH 22, 2022 They told me they also changed my oil, and the sticker they put on my windshield said that it was good till 136k miles, and today at 131k miles the "Maintenance Oil Change" notification came on. So they either straight up lied about changing my oil, further proving my first complaint, or their quality of work is just garbage. Either way, stay away from here!

Yes they do. Just depends on the work load or the day, and the work u need completed as to how fast they take u.
Getting credit at firestone is very easy, as long as you are employed
They only do car maintenance. Rotate tire, new tires, check your brakes, oil change, car diagnosis, air filter, wiper blade change .
