Very loving, caring and helpful people. If you are elderly, or have parents, who need help, in the area, if they can't help they will get you to someone who can.

One of the best agency's in town, and there concern for the Elderly is second to none and I must mention Ms. Francine Costillo, Aging True Volunteer Manager who goes beyond the call of duty for the Jacksonville, FL and surrounding Counties Seniors. She is a blessing to the Agency and the Community. Thank you

I have been trying to get in touch with Aging True meals on wheels service for a long time to pay a bill for my grandmother, who used to be a patient. None of the phone numbers I have been given have worked, including this one, which is supposed to be open until 5 pm. I have been calling since 3 pm. I have called, left messages, no responses. This bill is from 2021! This shows you just how long I have been trying to get a-hold of someone.

I live across the streets from where aging true is going to build more apartment's I was wondering if they ever thought about how the building would block our view.

I dont know what to tell u

I have a question if aging true has the money to build a building downtown then how come they can't afford to feed the seniors five days a week at the terrace downtown,for some it's their only meal.
