I personally know two of the former maintenance techs at Bennington. So I got to hear about all the things that happened there. Now I have a friend that had her garage broken into. And the leasing office is acting like it’s something brand new. It has been happening for years. Stop lying to your tenants. You know how the thieves are getting in to the garages. And in case you deny it further. If they find one open garage. They now have access to the entire row of garages. They are coming through the ceiling. Now tell your tenants the truth and be proactive about addressing it.

I am currently living here at Bennington Pond, and I must say that my experience and my interactions with the lovely staff in the office have been nothing but pleasant. Always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help. Having lived at a few different properties in this area, it was most of the time a chore to get any answers or assistance from the staff. You will not experience that here. And let me not forget to mention, I love my apartment and the property in general. This has been the most pleasant living situation for me thus far. BIG Thanks to the girls in the front office, you rock!!!
