Specifically feedback on Service dept - when I had an issue with the job they performed (possibly due to a defective part), they went out of their way to make it right afterwards. Brendon, who works service customer desk, is exceedingly polite, positive, and caring. Multi-point inspection may turn up more issues than you might expect, and their rates are rather high, as one would expect from a dealer, but there is never hard sales pressure.
