Yes they do
They have a good selection of baby gear. It changes every few days. If you are making the trip looking for just that specialty item, try the Facebook page, or call. She is super good at returning calls!
I'm not sure what a "Little Orphan Doll" is, if its a collectible? They put new items out everyday. You may want to try calling the location in advance if thats the only item your looking for.
