Rude, very unprofessional. One of the male clerks looked at my ID then at me and proceeded to ask me what ever happened to you. Also I've called, asked for help on a renewal form basically got told I was on my own that they couldn't help. But on in the info packet it's says to call them and they will help.

The website says that if you receive benefits early, you are automatically enrolled in Medicare at age 65. Is that incorrect?

Go to MySocialSecurity, Create an Account/Register. You can print all of your docs.
A nightmare? No. A test of your patience, yes. There are hurdles and lots of time waiting to hear from different places, but it is possible and definitely manageable. Good luck.
