I had a gift card and have been holding in to it for months !!! My husband was super excited telling me he had such a great experience when he went in and bought the gift card. Telling me how amazing it smelled in there and how friendly and amable the ladies where in the front when he walked in to purchase my gift card !!! I booked my appointment witch was not easy with there not being many spots open for weeks at a time. The gentleman at the front when I walked in wasn’t what my husband had explained it was like when he walked in. I got a half welcome an iPad and a sit down. I had also asked for an accommodation because I’m of the larger size and figured I’d let them know at the from so they could take the edge and anxiety off of me trying to explain again the accommodations to my masseuse. He also told me I had to tell the masseuse my self. I had also asked him a question about what’s a professional way to tell the masseuse that I’d like it to be quite in the room and he says well idk you’ll have to just try to say it the least rude it can sound I guess and wakes me to a room and told me to wait. No explanation of the process nothing. My masseuse comes to get me we go into this little room that smelled like an old closet not what I would expect from a massage place as big as massage envy. Honestly will not be retuning to this location what so ever. The energy was not what I expected and it’s sad because I came here with the want to find something to spoil myself with from time to time. My masseuse did his job nothing more nothing less. Sad this was the experience I had here my first time. But I guess off to try to find another business with more of the energy that should be had when working in this industry. They only get 3 stars because the masseuse was nice.

I have the best massage therapist! If you book an appt. ask for Aaron! He listens and takes cares of you. I book months in advance to get only him. The staff is also nice and caring. My only issue with the Hunters Creek location is that it doesn't feel clean. My allergies act up when I'm there and it's hard to get a massage when you're sneezing or stuffed up. In my opinion when you enter a Massage Spa it should smell refreshing and relaxing not stale and dusty.

BUYER BEWARE! I am a member of the massage Envy in hunters Creek , Florida and have been for quite some time. As of late I have experienced that it's nearly impossible to get a session. When I spoke with management and the owner Mark Mooney they let me know that they are having a staffing issue. They do not have enough massage technicians to serve their over 2,000 members in this location. Therefore I'm paying for a membership and services that they cannot fulfill the service for. Essentially they are stealing my money. How it is my fault or my problem that your company cannot staff correctly in order to meet demand. I started this membership for wellness treatments the stress that this has created is detrimental to my health and all I want is to get out of this and get a full refund. If you are considering getting a membership at this location or maybe any massage Envy location buyer beware. If you are experiencing the same type of experience not being able to utilize your membership that you paid for please look on Facebook for the massage Envy class action lawsuit group. We are organizing a team of lawyers to fight this injustice.
