This review is specifically for the renovated gym. It's far too small, the music is often far too loud and there is no longer any staff present to help curb bad behavior. One guest was deplorably rude when I asked if I could use the machine. Another passive-aggressively kept cranking up the stereo to an unreasonable volume. One star for the air conditioning and one for the windows. Other than that, this setup is unfortunately a huge downgrade.

Ok I'm rewriting my review basically the new gym is not on pare with the fitness centers in ma and trust me I been to far better fitness centers with much more exercise equipment then the one at the ymca there just anuff there to get it done that being said they really want a indoor track as if that's what going to make you lose weight the best. Now if I had been the one making the plan I would have left the basketball court were it was redone the floor and opened the space upstairs put the track and all the older equipment in the middle with the new equipment

Indoor pool. How could you go wrong? Classes are great. Tracy is a upbeat wholesome instructor! Can't go wrong when taking one of her fitness classes. They also have water aerobics. If you never tried water aerobics you should! The wellness center is beautiful

Nice facility with great swimming pool but men's locker room and lockers are in terrible shape. I've been a member for around 45 years and I don't believe the men's locker room has ever been upgraded. Worst yet, I've been told by the front desk personnel that upgrading the men's locker room is not planned as part of the upcoming 4 million dollar upgrade of the whole building. I couldn't believe it! I am hoping that they are wrong and that we will get a new or refurbished locker room.
