This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. The store manager Lamar was extremely rude. Confrontational for no reason when he gave me the quote on my car. Friends of mine have had similar experiences. I would stay away from this place

I work right next to this place and was about to take my car there, but my colleague just got RIPPED by them, I can't even believe it. Rick told me earlier that Tire Kingdom weeks ago warned him about his lights and it will likely cost around 140 to repair. Rick elected to wait, but when they went bad he brought it to Tire Kingdom as a sign of good faith. They told him they'll do a diagnostic even though it was THEIR diagnostic from last time telling him about the lights. Then after the diagnostic they tell him it's $700 to fix the lights. He hadn't planned in paying near that much, so he declines the repair so THEN they tell him to pay $130 for the diagnostic! He didn't need a diagnostic, the very same Tire Kingdom told him of the lights being down in the first place! He's furious but tries to reason with the manager and tells him to find something to repair of equal value to the sham diagnostic and he'll pay, manager refuses AND WAS RUDE ABOUT IT. I won't go to that place and I will only fix my review if they call Rick back and handle him like the loyal customer he was. I see this place has a 3.8 rating, and apparently it's because customers aren't feeling valued. Rick in this instance felt not only ripped off, but that his concerns didn't matter, just pay.

Im sorry, I never write reviews. But this is the worst customer service I've ever had. The manager was extremely rude during my whole experience. They gave me an initial quote of $136 which turned into over $650. When I told them I'd still like to get work done to my car so their men are compensated for their time, he shut me down immediately. You can tell the store manager has zero people skills whatsoever. I work in customer service, so this pains me. But this is the worst experience I've ever had

I recently took my Audi Q3 to this Tire Kingdom in Hallandale Beach and purchased 4 new Continental tires and had them installed. I just wanted to take a moment and write a review and say how nice and helpful Robert the Store Service Manager was. I had no issues whatsoever with my service appointment which I scheduled on line the day before I went in. I would definitely recommend this Tire Kingdom location and I won't hesitate to return with any future car concerns. Thank you again Robert.
