With them iv done it twice and it's still not enough go to another place where it's better that's what.i did after I seen it ur welcome

Ive been comming to this place for years , their service was excellent until they put that new guy for front desk , i asked for an specific lash artist online when i made my appointment and the next day the call me to change my appo. When i got there they had change my artist as well and i told that guy and he said i had to choose the artist online and i told them i did and he said to me that i had to specifically write it somewhere i line where you book your appo. I feel like after going there for years the right thing to do was to give me the option to wait for irina to be available and give the other person mu spot , courtesy , they seem to lack now... im really disappointed!!!
