We ordered a part (Starett Readout Unit) from DK Hardware. We received a piece of steel bar- and the packing slip says a ratcheting wrench! I contacted them, they said we had to submit a picture of what we received. We did and they said that we had received the correct part and that because it was special order we could not return it. I emailed them back again with a picture of what we had actually ordered and they again said that they could not return it. I asked to speak to a Manager, she said she would have him call back within an hour, I still haven't heard back. The part we ordered was $542.58, so they are saying that a piece of steel they sent cost $542.58. I am at my wits end. They have not heard the last of me! NOTE: I cannot give it less than a one star to post!

The order wasn't sent until the day I contacted them that it hadn't been sent yet. This was about a week after I ordered it.

I ordered what I thought were clips to hold the glass in my shower. When I received them I had ordered hinges. So far, all on me. I returned the hinges within two weeks and expected a refund of the cost minus an outrageous 20% restocking fee. DK Hardware received the hinges on Aug 5, as confirmed by USPS tracking. I have not received a refund as of Sept 10. I e-mailed the company today, the 10th. I will amend my review when they issue my refund.
