Edit to my previous review: took away a star because despite their "efforts" to respond publicly to my review offering the photos and a follow up, they have yet to respond to any phone calls or emails. They do not care about their tenants, only their reputation. It had been difficult getting ahold of anyone after moving out to deal with this as well as coordinating the mailing address for the security deposit after calling multiple times as well as going back to the office on multiple occasions. Either noone knew how to take care of the issue or my guess is no one cared since I was no longer a tenant. As this issue is still not resolved and they seem to not want to discuss it personally, adding an additional negative review seems to be the only way to get their attention.

You get what you pay for, not terrible but older units with not much to offer. When I moved out however, work that they had contracted out to fix my heating unit had resulted in some minor damage to the carpets because the entire unit is carpeted, and they had to weld. They did not make any notice of this and proceeded to charge me for the carpets to be replaced when I left. They did not explain where or what the damage was, even though I attempted to follow up and explain on 3 separate occasions. Poor communication and doing what they can to keep as much money as possible.

Delivery packages are left outside the main building and mine got stolen. Im gonna find somewhere else to live

My friend and her family live here. It's a very large complex. I like that everyone has balconies.
