I moved in Rock Springs apartments 2 years ago. It's really very nice and quiet place. Manager is always ready to help and understands. Service requests are being taken care of immediately. Maintenance and cleaning lady are really hardworking and nice people, they are friendly, polite and professional. Happy to have it as my home.

So glad I moved. I moved in here 5 yrs ago and after one month of being a resident the true colors of management came out. The prior office manager was rude and very disrespectful. The original maintenance guys were better than the one they have now. The camera around the complex doesn’t work. Only at the leasing office. A lot of things were not properly fixed. They don’t listen to you when I complain is done. Whether it be maintenance or having an issue with noise in hallways by other tenants. I lived one year too long but due to COVID I had to stick it out. But honestly this is place you move to when there’s no other alternative. Good Bye Rock Springs.
