States he cannot currently take on new cases because he’s a sole practitioner and currently overwhelmed. Wow

Herb was "Amazing" Not only did he handle all the paper work for getting my dog into our Condo as my emotional support dog, he was so responsive to phone calls addressing all my concerns. Not only did he do this in a timely fashion he also offered me many other things unrelated (Great doggy parks, an amazing Vet in the area)He was kind and reassuring on all my needs. I highly recommend to the fullest, He gave me piece of mind to go forward to my beautiful new home and life. Thank You for being that caring person.

We were never an actual client of his but we are extremely grateful for the help he was able to offer us when we spoke. He was very generous to speak with us and clearly a man well versed in the law. Thank you again!

I can honestly say that my experience with him was flawless. I was in need on a very short notice, and he handle my case with care & diligence. Him and his staff communicate very well, and he was very transparent throughout the entire process. I was in a stressful situation, and just after the consultation I knew he was the perfect person. Everything went smoothly as planned, and in the end worked out completely in our favor. I highly recommend his services to anyone, I can truly say that he legitimately cares and his clients, and will go bat for you.

Can a non resident owner be on the board

Unless your governing documents explicitly exclude non-resident owners from being on the board (which would be very rare) the answer would be yes. In fact, the Florida Condominium Act found at Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes does not even require one to be an owner in order to serve on the board.

I live in a condo where the elevator is making excessive noise. I'm looking to sell this unit. (Tampa Bay location). I would like to sell immediately, but the noise is affecting the sale. Do I have a case against the Condo Association?

MY DAUGHTER HAS RELAPSED. GRANDDAUGHTER ARRIVED AT GRANDMA'S CONDO. GRANDMA NEEDS TIME TO SELL CONDO AS GRANDAUGHTER CAN ONLY STAY THREE WEEKS. REGARDLESS OF THE UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. DOGS CAN STAY INTO FOREVER ... NOT 8-YEAR-OLD KIDS!

Herb helped me with my cats and the condo board, found him to be very knowledgeable and he was very effective. I would recommend him without reservations

sorry about that technical problem with the phones last week. We were informed that a fiber optic cable was accidentally cut resulting in a service outage.
