I hate buying tires. To make it worse, the day after the first big storm. But a split in a tire made it a must do. Did some research online and BigO had some fair prices and also had some rebates. Tires have gone up in price since I purchased my last set of four. Got me done and out on the low end of the estimate they had given me. High end was 2 hours. Only thing I would recommend is to go over pricing better. I was never shown an estimate or what the charges would be before taking my keys and car back. If I had not done the research and knew the end total, they never would have got my keys. I had to ask what that total was. They should have had me sign to agree on the work to be done first. Just my opinion. Most expensive tires put on a car. Will see how it turns out.

Took my car in to check on an alignment and new tires. Sales rep stated i needed new struts with parts and labor was well over a thousand dollars. Luckily i got a second opinion turns out its mounts not the struts. Then when it came down to tires that their online site states they have in stock i was told they didnt have the tires i wanted. And he tried to sell me tires that were not compatible with my car. Please if you use this company you double check that they are selling you what is compatible with your vehicle.
