Yes, there is a nightcross track and an intermediate track that are both good for beginner riders. It is where I learned when I started.
I want to come watch my son race tommorow is there a parking fee? and can i possibly bring my atv to travel along course to watch?

It is a $10 charge per person to get in. You cant ride your ATV around the course but you can walk around it.

Yes! Public practice is usually Tuesday and Wednesday. Tuesday is on the smaller tracks; I'd start there. See their Facebook page or website!
