FRAUD AND SCAM WARNING Update: Back in 2018 I applied to live here. Which you can read below as to how that went. I clearly didn’t end up living there but they DID steal my social security number and put it under a current tenant who didn’t pay their rent, $5000 worth of rent that is. I NEVER even lived there. I found out after getting rejected at several apartments over two years later. After investigation, it was this company that stole my social security number and committed fraud. After several phone calls they removed the charges from the account but they still have it on my record that I once lived there and didn’t pay rent (again, never happened). Absolutely appalling behavior. Original review: I applied to take over a current residents lease and they made no effort to work with me through the application process. It was a constant battle just to talk to a staff member who knew what was going on. I was told repeatedly for 2 weeks that someone would be in touch to follow up but no one ever did. I ended up losing the place and my $30 app fee due to the lack of timeliness and professionalism.

i wish there was negative ratings. Please don’t move here unless your desperate.The new staff don’t do nothing, don’t spray apartments, they need to have housekeeping, security guards are lazy, people still commit crimes, homeless people be sleep in laundry room, random people be all through the buildings, I don’t know why they have security because they barley patrol and what are they securing? They put in new vending machines some are already broken. Basically the staff is lazy.

It literally rains inside my apartment every single time it rains. It rains in the elevator as well. Their are roaches, rats and of course mold is an issue. None of the management at this building has an empathy or professionalism. Stay as far away from this place as you can.

The rooms are spacious all utility's included with rent .Theres cable, WiFi room, pool hall, T.V. room, great workout rooms, full gym, Landry mat, fully stocked vending machines, as well as a barber shop. This is a one stop shop and good security gate, security doors to enter lobby and security guard on patrols. Great place for family's or singles play ground right outside of the gate with field so kids can play. Multiple stores ,post office, pharmacy within walking distance. Can't ask for more it may be in bad neighborhood but they have taken proper precision. I would recommend Latitude Five 25 to anyone looking for a reasonable and safe place to live.You can't bet the view either.

I find it ridiculous and outrageous that they haven't at the very least offered us some sort of compensation. They run a for-profit business, from a customer service standpoint compensation should definitely be offered. Walmart treats their customers better when there is a problem. I understand that they are working to remedy the issues, which is great. However, A week without any elevators and no a/c is an extreme instance that warrants compensation. The stairwell has to be 90 degrees. Its just a matter of time until someone suffers a serious health issue.
Don't move here if you can avoid it.

Thank you for posting this!! I have lived here 3 1/2 years. My tower went 36 days without a working elevator prior to the A/C situation. The A/C problem is just the tip of the ice burg. Anytime I think things can't get anymore outrageous, I'm proven wrong. I pay $810/month for my one bedroom. To live in misery. This is mismanagement on a whole new level. Someone could die due to their negligence. It's sickening. They have not offered any of us a penny off of our rent. They are desperate to hide the truth about the property and and offering residents a chance to win a $50 discount on your rent if you post a review. As you can see, their online reviews are terrible across the board.

No, this place has NOT improved drastically in tbe past 3-5 months, or 3-5 years for that matter. Im assuming a member of management wrote the other answer. Things here have been especially terrible within the past year! There seems to be more of a rodent then bug problem currently in my tower at least. Mice are very common. I would avoid moving here if you can. They will claim that this place is improving, but that has been far from that case. Security here has been especially terrible lately with people from the surrounding neighborhoods frequently causing problems in the building. Most of the time there is ZERO security here. Hope this helps!
You mean do they have any expected openings? No idea, but they start the eviction process if you are 4 days late on rent.
