Don't move here if you can avoid it.
We had heat usually, but no ac in the summer. Last winter the radiator pipe exploded and was spraying hot nasty water over our entire bedroom. It took 4 hours for them to answer the emergency line and turn the water off. Pretty much ruined everything in that room.
There is no central heat. Been here for years. Half the place has no a/c either. Yes on bugs, mice, drugs, and crime.

I have lived here 3 weeks my heat does not work and the cold is messing with my arthritis. I have complained to management but still no heat.
Yeah sometimes its cold, sometimes its hot. But they did go quite a while with no heat in my apartment
So some apartments won't have central heat? And no ac in the summer?
They have Central Heating and Elsa have the old radiator system in place some apartments will not get heat simply because the two systems don't interact the old radiator system has not been bled it's a system that must be done in Cycles spring summer winter fall they have never been done since they put in the central heating cooling system
