We got in and the lady took off down.the hall after we check in charged us a incident fee which we have not even got into the room. We get to the room hair on the beds walls are dirty looks like there was a picture in the wall and stains on carpet smells really bad. Very shady don't stay here they might have bed bugs.

Positive: The rooms are old but in good condition and shower force is less but manageable, it¿s little further from highway but close to restaurants Negative: The breakfast is ok but not as advertised in the listing as hot breakfast is included in the room rate but to find out only packaged stuff Timing of breakfast is great and they should remove hot breakfast from the listing

The room was spacious and perfect for our family needs. This property isn't cutting corners with accommodations. The towels were big and soft. The water was hot with great pressure. Even though our room was near a door and vending, the rooms are very well insulated and were peaceful and quiet all night long. The full hot breakfast with waffles and meat sandwiches was a delightful end to the stay. The printer on the guest computer was unfortunately not working but staff happily helped with printing the document for us. Awesome price, incredible staff, great rooms and accommodations. Strongly recommend.

The Quality Inn & Suites North Polaris is a hotel that accommodates all walks of life. It is pet friendly, it also accommodates business workers, children friendly and family oriented. It also accommodates parking for small and large vehicles. The rooms are accessible from the inside than the outside.
