Poor ran down , musty smell, ant and centipede infestation, carpet hadn't been vaccumed, stains all over the place and nothing was cleaned or wiped down with the exception of the bathroom! Terrible property don't waste your time or money staying at this dump! You'd be better off sleeping in your car!

Very poor stay. My wife, 3 kids and I stayed in a 2-bedroom suite that was supposedly remodeled. The front desk gal noted that we needed a shuttle to the airport at 6:30 the next morning. The air quality in the room was pathetic. It smelled like smoke and was musty and humid. My 2 year old woke up with a runny nose and head cold because of the lack of air quality. Then, we woke up to go to the airport and the shuttle never came to get us and the front desk gal was slow and pathetically lazy in her attempted help. We wound up packing in my truck and just driving myself. I am a Titanium Elite rewards member for Marriott and I travel and stay in Marriott’s a lot. This is the worst experience I have had with Marriott since I became a member long ago.

I have stayed at this location a few different times, my first time being roughly a year ago. And I can honestly say that compared to the first time I stayed here, it has significantly improved. I have been here 2 times in the last month and a half, and when I was here in September, there were a lot of things that needed attention and the housekeeping was not good at all. But this last stay, beginning of November 2021, things were so much better. The place seemed cleaner, the staff was nicer, the room was 1000 times better this last stay then any other time I have been there. The room was very clean, amenities were all there, I was impressed by how nice the room was compared to other visits. It seems like they have gotten some good staff in there now Nd they are working hard to be better. The housekeepers i had run into during my early stays were always short and not very friendly and didn't seem to ever be working. But this last stay i was very impressed and the housekeepers i seen were working hard and very friendly! Overall great experience recently and I hope they keep it up!

The staff were excellent and seemed sincerely happy to be there and be of help. We loved the space in the two bedroom suite, and the pool was great! A few areas for improvement: we only had 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 4 people (and there really wasn't anywhere to put them other than on the toilet top). There was a sock leftover from someone else, and the dishes were dirty (the ones in the cupboard and the dishwasher). I would stay here again, as I thought it was still a great value, just not quite as clean as I would have liked.
