Great location, free parking, warm breakfast. Good quality room furnishings and bed; sofa not so much (to sleep on). Between the moldy bathroom and the moldy attitude of Ms. NoName at the front desk, who never gave out her name, I'd be willing to overlook the bathroom. Not sure whether the ill treatment was personal towards us, or towards all Bonvoy members. Courtesy and good service are usually a given under the Marriott brand. She was not even civil.

We were staying in Columbus for the state track and field meet and made a horrible decision on a hotel. In a bind, this hotel staff went to work to find enough rooms for all of our athletes and coaches. Not only were the rooms nicer, but the breakfast was also great with many options, and the lobby was spacious as well. The staff is the game-changer though. This is the nicest hotel staff that I have ever been around. They asked several times about our stay and take pride in their hotel. There is no doubt about where we are staying when we make it to the state meet again. Thanks for helping us out in a tough time and thanks for making it a great experience. If you are looking for a place to stay, you can feel confident booking here.

My wife stayed there this past weekend along with our daughter and our grand daughter to see her play softball. The reservations were made under my son in law’s name. My wife got there before my daughter, but she was forced to give her credit card to secure the room even though my son in law and daughter were paying for the room. My wife was told that the charges would canceled when my daughter checked in. First of all I do not understand why her credit card was charged immediately. I have never stayed at a hotel or resort that charged my credit card upon arrival ,it is usually charged at checkout. I just thought this is a very strange business practice. Usually the room and any extra charges are charged upon checkout.

If you don't want a hot shower or a decent breakfast, this is a hotel for you. Pros: The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and updated. Great location. Close to the hospital. Lots of restaurants nearby. Cons: -Barely warm enough water to shower, regardless of how long you run the water. (When I told the front desk about this, they said the rooms at the end of the halls are the last to get hot water and to run the faucets.) -the breakfast consisted of stale bagels and white bread of which you could toast. Cold scrambled eggs, steamed sausage patties, make your own waffles, Greek yogurt and juice. I am aware that those 2 things may not matter to others. All I can say is, that if it hadn't been for those two cons, this would be a 5 star review.
